I'm colombian and my mom is a great cook, it was one of the best Colombian food me and my girlfriend have ever tasted. Was up there with my mom's cooking. We had hot chocolate without milk and pan de bono, empanada and bunuelo to start and we felt like we were back in Colombia. We shared 2 main dishes, sancocho de pollo and Carne Asada and to be honest never would have taught to have this level of colombian food all the way in Mexico. Just amazing a must try a hidden gem i would say. Also don't forget your aqua de panela with your main dishes
